At the Glasgow Science Centre, visitors explore four floors of hands-on exhibits, including the planetarium, climate change theatre and IMAX cinema. Get sucked into a tornado in the FUNdamentals gallery, and climb the 100m Glasgow Tower for city views.
Truly the pièce de la resistance of any visit, the tower is the tallest free-standing structure in Scotland, offering 360-degree panoramic views from its summit over the city, across to Loch Lomond, the Tinto Hills and the Isle of Arran beyond. If touring the city with children, this should definitely be the first port of call. After admiring the structure craning your neck looking up, take the lift to the top, 105 metres up!

The ScottishPower Planetarium allows visitors to see the night sky as it would be if there wasn't so much light pollution in our cities. With its amazing Zeiss Starmaster projector, you can see the stars as never before.
