The China Club is situated on three floors and decorated like a Hong Kong gentleman's club, all impeccably polished tables and exquisitely dressed waiters. Visitors have the option of venturing downstairs to the live jazz room (only on Fridays and Saturdays), into the ground-floor bar full of leather sofas or upstairs to the Salle Au Fumoir, a retreat for couples and cigar lovers.

Head for the ground floor every day between 7pm and 9pm, as Happy Hour offers two of the bar's legendary cocktails for the price of one. Choose from a list as long as your arm and a spirit cabinet as large as many people's front rooms, all while listening to some laid-back jazz.
