Every year during the Succoth holiday period (the Feast of the Tabernacle), filmmakers and cinema lovers from Middle Eastern countries and beyond flock to Israel's northern capital to share their love of the moving image.
The festival premières around 150 films from the best and most recent international productions and holds 220 screenings in various theatres, including feature films, documentaries, animation, short films, retrospectives and tributes.
