Art Forum Berlin plays host to a multitude of international galleries, publishers and special project booths. From video and photography to painting, sculpture and installation, every media is represented by the stalls of nearly 200 galleries at Messe Berlin.
Galleries exhibiting feature both the stars of the international art scene and more recent, yet-to-be-discovered talents, giving visitors a clear view of the current status of contemporary art.
Alongside the exhibitors' presentations, the event also invites visitors to take part in a series of evening discussions, at which guest speakers discuss current topics in contemporary art production and cultural policy. The fair also offers cafés and restaurants, as well as a library with accompanying reading room and a forum for discussions, performances and receptions.
