Every Thursday Barcelona's unique modernist la Paloma dancehall, built in 1903, opens its doors as The Bongo Lounge. One of the most popular club nights in the city, it attracts an international line-up of guests and features DJ residents Professor Angel Dust and Lippo.
Expect to hear anything from funky house to Latin vibes. Don't be suprised by the orchestra playing salsa, samba and tango if you arrive early. They warm up the crowd until 2.30am. It's definitely worth arriving before the crowds - not only do you avoid the queues, but you also get an opportunity to take in this amazing venue.
