Piano luminary Brad Mehldau performs with his trio, featuring bass player Larry Grenadier and drummer Jeff Ballard, at the Kammermusiksaal in the Berlin Philharmonie.
Brad Mehldau was influenced by musical peers Kurt Rosenwinkel and Avishai Cohen in New York City before coming to prominence as a sideman with saxophonists Lee Konitz and Joshua Redmann.

He released his debut album in 1995 and through a host of subsequent releases has elicited critical acclaim for uplifting, classically-infused jazz and keyboard improvisation of the highest order.
