Nice's Chagall Museum dedicates a special exhibition, A Painter at the Window, to the artist's preoccupation with featuring windows in his works. The display concentrates in particular on Chagall's use of windows to frame his landscapes of the French countryside.

Over 100 canvases and sketches make up the display, many on show here for the first time in France. Visit the museum's website for further details.
