For six days in August, Gothenburg parties hard during the annual Culture Festival. Live music, open-air dancefloors, food events and a children's party are among the cultural activities around town.
Two massive stages are erected beside the Opera House on the waterfront and at Götaplatsen Culture Centre for the live music, and some of the action takes place at the Liseberg amusement park.
