First held in 2005, Equestria is an equine extravaganza at the spectacular Coca-Cola Dome in Johannesburg. It features live shows, exhibitions and a huge market for anyone interested in horses.
Equestria includes three semi-finals of the South African Pony Club indoor mounted games, leading to Sunday morning finals, the Equestria Grand Finale Pantomime and, at the climax of the weekend in the final show on Sunday evening, the Equestria Indoor Grand Prix. A dog agility show and the Irish horse & dance ensemble provide extra entertainment.
