The town of Padul honours its patron saint with a religious procession through bonfire-lit streets during the Festival of San Sebastián.
The men of the town spend the day prior to the celebrations collecting wood from the mountains. Later, they set up large bonfires throughout the town, which burn all night and the following morning.
