Head to the Swiss Alps for a beauty contest with a twist this summer. Wild whiskers and marvellous moustaches are the focus of Chur's Alpine Beard Festival, a highlight of the popular summertime Chur Festival.
Around 60 hairy men compete for the title of best beard on Saturday and the festival as a whole attracts around 100,000 with food stalls and musical entertainment.
