For extra-cool cocktails, try the Tokyo Icebar in Ginza. Kept at a constant -5°C, everything (bar stools, glasses and tables) is made from Swedish ice and annually re-sculpted. Visitors borrow a warm cape and gloves for the experience. Book ahead.
