This festival, one of the largest stage and street performance events in North America, shows off Old Québec City in all its glory. You'll not be far from a musical beat from noon to midnight during this wonderful musical extravaganza.
The first festival ever to open its doors to world music nearly 20 years ago, the Quebec Summer Festival boasts exceptional line-ups, a stunning location and an experience few, if any music festivals can match. Venues are scattered around the beautiful old town of Québec City, which was made a UNESCO Heritage Site in deference to its unspoilt architectural features. You won't go home disappointed, but note the French element is strong. Most performers will be singing in French, although KISS and Placido Domingo will be making an appearance this year.
