The Arena di Verona organises Christmas in the Arena, an exhibition supported by the city of Bethlehem which features hundreds of cribs from all over the world. Symbol of the event is the gigantic Star Comet sculpture in Piazza Bra.
Part of the money raised by the Christmas in the Arena initiative goes towards charitable projects, including the completion of an art school in Bethlehem.
