Local knowledge

Barcelona is my kinda town simply because you can have it all. With four kilometres of beaches all within a short walk of the city's historical and cultural landmarks, you can combine the great outdoors with your cultural pursuits; a stroll around the ramblas or a visit to the Sagrada Familia. Even if you're not a football fan, don't miss the chance to see FC Barcelona at the Nou Camp - Catalan pride and popular culture create an atmosphere unrivalled anywhere else in the world.
